The Company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries:

  • K&C (Osprey) Limited (formerly The Osprey Management Company Limited), which was incorporated on 19 November 1984
  • K&C (Coleherne) Limited (formerly Silcott Properties Limited), which was incorporated in 17 May 1993.
  • K&C (Newbury) Limited (formerly Kensington & Chelsea REIT Limited), which was incorporated on 19 August 2013

The Group owns eight properties:

  1. Coleherne Road, London (SW10)
    Coleherne Road is a residential building comprising ten studio apartments that are let under short-term tenancy agreements
  2. Heathside, Finchley Road, London (NW11)
    Heathside is a retirement development consisting of 36 one- and two-bedroom apartments occupied by leaseholders and one freehold apartment occupied by a resident manager. It was developed by Speyhawk in the mid-1980's
  3. Osprey Court, Finchley Road, London (NW3)
    Osprey Court is a retirement development consisting of 23 two-bedroom apartments occupied by leaseholders and one freehold apartment occupied by a resident manager. It was also developed by Speyhawk
  4. Challoner Court, Bromley Road, Shortlands (Kent)
    Challoner Court is a retirement development comprising of 31 one and two-bedroom apartments occupied by leaseholders and one freehold apartment occupied by a resident manager
  5. Town Mill, Marlborough (Wiltshire)
    Town Mill is a retirement development consisting of 30 two-bedroom cottages that the residents own freehold. There is a communal building with guest flats and accommodation for the resident manager that is owned freehold. The development is located on the site of an old mill on an island on the River Kennet close to Marlborough High Street
  6. Chymedden, Newquay (Cornwall)
    Chymedden is a retirement development consisting of 30 one- and two-bedroom apartments let on long leases and one freehold apartment occupied by a resident manager.
  7. Manor House Court, Old Isleworth (Middlesex)
    Manor House Court is a development consisting of 13 houses let on long leases and 32 apartments
  8. Millside Place, Old Isleworth (Middlesex)
    Millside Place is a development consisting of 28 houses owned freehold by the residents and one freehold site with three apartments occupied by leaseholders.
